Wellness Supportive Living

Our Wellness Supportive Living program is a partnership with Ontario March of Dimes, the Niagara Region, Niagara Regional Housing and Happy in my Home, Community Support Services of Niagara. The objective is to provide comprehensive support services to enhance the independence and improve the overall health and well-being of older adults at risk, in   identified social housing. Services include on-site attendant care, personal care, medication reminder, cleaning the home, volunteer visiting, security reassurance checks, social and recreational programs as well as exercise and wellness clinics.

Are you an older adult (65+) or an adult living with a disability residing at one of the identified social homes within the Niagara Region?
